Gameplay Review

Genshin is a solid game with a solid base but once you start to get further into the story it gets more and more grindy.

Then the gacha elements starts kicking in and you just realized that just like any other games that you wait to gain resources is just a massive time sink and you just stop enjoying it. It's fun for a solid 30 to 50 hours.

Final Verdict

Overall, Genshin Impact is a really solid game. The story and exploration make the first 30 to 50 hours genuinely fun and engaging. However, as you get deeper in the game, the grind starts to become more noticeable, waiting for resources and repeating tasks can turn the game into a time waste, which may reduce the enjoyment.
